Blue screen of death showing inaccessible boot device

I have an win 11 and a vhd win 10 in it .Now suddenly my win 11 shows blue screen of death and tells inaccessible boot device but my win 10 works fine. It all started when I was just installing my drivers for boot in my vhd win 10 ..Diagnosing didn't work.I use a dell desktop with dell's boot mgrPlease help me
