Blue Screen ndis.sys

Good morning, I have been having some issues with blue screens lately whilst trying to use VNC viewer to connect into other machine. The issue is repeatable and causing me a big problem trying to figure out whats causing it. I'm unable to get further information than the ndis.sys which is identified on the blue screen itself with 'SERVICE STOP EXCEPTION'. I've tried analyze with Windbg but don't understand what it is trying to tell me. Any pointers would be very much appreciated.
