Blue screen loop

So I reset my msi stealth 15 laptop from windows settings Everything was going well, and it shows that it's 100% done But right after that it shows blue screen with error inaccessible boot device Then it started to restart and show the same blue screen with the same error I tried to boot into safe mode to reach automatic repair But I couldn't in any way I created reboot usb But when i go to the bios i can not select the usb The select mode is disabled I disabled the security boot but still couldn't change that Is there anything to do
