Blue Screen loop after last update

I am running Windows 11 on an Asus Zenbook. I had an update on February 23 and have been unsuccessful in booting my laptop. It is caught in a bluescreen loop. I have read that after 3 unsuccessful startups it should automatically go into Safe Mode but it will not. I have used the hotkey to get it into Safe Mode and it still won't. The blue screen says Stop Code: Driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations. What failed: sfpmonitor.sys
