Blue screen every time when it plugged in and open something. When doesn't plugged in, its normal.

So i have an issue where whenever i plugged in my laptop and i open task manager or whatever it is it just go blue screen. The blue screen took 5 seconds to reach 100% but it will stuck there forever so i forced shutdown it. I've done it multiple times untill I realize the problem. The windows will get bluescreen after i plug in it with my charger and open somethings. Can someone help me fix this? I have the minidump or logs Microsoft OneDrive.
