Hi, I can’t get to the log in screen on my pc.
When I turn it on, it shows a blue screen saying the pc will restart and “Stop code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED”. After that it says the PC couldn’t start properly and “Error code: 0xc0000001”. It also says “Choose one of the options below to address the problem” and I’m given the choices: Press Esc for recovery, Enter to try again, and F8 for Startup Settings.
Trying the first two only brought me back to the same problem and trying to enable safe mode didn’t work. I think this is because of some update on March 31st, but it worked fine yesterday, except for when it kept restarting out of nowhere when I was using it. Is there any way I can fix this? Thank you.
