Blue screen error frozen

[Windows 11]

My computer shut off and a blue screen popped up saying that my device has run into a problem and needs to restart, but after it reached 100% the screen doesn’t budge and it is frozen at 100%. The only thing else that is on the screen besides the percentage, text, and barcode (which goes no where useful) is the stop code: WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT the laptop won’t turn off either no matter how long I hold the off button for
