Blue Screen Error everytime on a video call platform

Every time I have a Zoom meeting or a Google meeting, My laptop can't connect to either wifi or a microphone, 2 seconds later Blue screen error with the sad emoji!! I have interviews lined up and I need this fixed!! what to do?
