Blue screen error code CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

When I try to start my laptop up it shows that the system need updating, loading nn% then it is just show a blue screen with the error code CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIEDAfter that the laptop enter safe mode and I have to choose two options either troubleshoot or turn off your pc. I tried to select troubleshoot it shows six options 1-startup repair2-command prompt3-uninstall updates4-urfi firmware settings 5-system restore 6-system image recovery I tried first option startup repair it didn’t work and I tried command prompt also it didn’t work.
