Blue screen - Enter Bitlocker Recovery Key - cannot boot from USB

Hi, im facing a difficulty with Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 and clean Windows re-install from USB (i have created installation media).Laptop is stuck on blue screen, when starting the laptop, blue screen appears "BitLocker recovery"- Enter the recovery key for this device.I dont have the key, its not associated with my Microsoft account and i have no way of obtaining it.Thats why the only option seemed to be to create installation media and boot from USB.I enter the USB and press F12 and this takes me to screen that says "Please select boot device"'- only selection option being "Windows Boot Manager xx
