Blue screen crash with stop code: Irql not less or equal

I've been experiencing frequent blue screen crashes. Some have had stop code page fault in non paged area, which forced me to look at potential RAM issues. I've since found that one of my RAM slots isn't working. I tried both ram sticks individually in each slot to troubleshoot the issue.Since removing the RAM stick from the faulty slot I have since got this stop code Irql not less or equal.Any idea how I can attach mini dump files for assessment? When I try to compress the file with 2 minidump files I get Windows cannot create the compressed archived folder. Error 0x80070005: Access is denied
