Blue screen CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT stuck at 0%

Hello, i have a 2 year old notebook from gigabyte (Aorus 15P XD) and my pc randomly crashes when playing certain games. It sometimes pops up BSOD but the problem is that its stuck at 0% and wont create a minidump file. Ive tried reinstalling my entire system and updating my drivers, nothing helps.
