Blue Screen Clock Watchdog Timeout

I experience no issues while playing on regular fileds in Maplestory, but whenever I try to fight bosses I keep getting Clock Watchdog Timeout error. I've tried most of the solutions found online but the problem still persists. My system specs are Ryzen 5600 and RTX4070.
