Blue screen appeared saying contact windows.com/stopcode. Then instructed to mention "inaccessible boot device"

Live in Ga. and just had heart surgery in Jax. Fl. four hours away. After a week later went to Best Buy from St. Vincent's. Really can't go back to Best Buy and I need the pc for work. They recommended a PNY SSD. They installed windows 11 and they checked to make sure the SSD worked. They gave me detailed instructions to install the SSD. Was easy. When I turned pc on blue screen appeared saying contact windows.com/stopcode. Then instructed to mention "inaccessible boot device". What does this mean and how to fix the problem?
