Blue Screen and Error Codes after Upgrading to Windows 11

Hi,This may not have to do with Windows 11, but my issues started after making the upgrade.Periodically, and seemingly without pattern, my desktop PC will suddenly go to a blue screen that says: "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you." There's always a QR code and an error code. I've never been quick enough to capture the entire error code until today so I don't know if it's always the same one but today it said: Stop code: APC_INDEX_MISMATCHDoes anyone know what this means?At the time the blue screen occurred
