Blue screen after system restart: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Reinstallation does not solve.

Hello,I installed Windows 11 on a platform with a Ryzen 3 Pro 2200GE CPU and a B350 motherboard. After installing the latest drivers from AMD's official website, my computer froze during a restart and then encountered a blue screen with the error message: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Restarting the system does not resolve the issue.I have also tried reinstalling the operating system, but the problem persists.
