Blue screen after sleep or shortly after

I keep getting bluescreen after waking my laptop from sleep mode, sometime immediately sometimes shortly after. I recently did a clean install so there's not much that have changed from a clean install or any hardware changes except I changed the HDD, but it happened before as well.
