BLUE mail page returns to email

I sometimes get the below picture when I am on various websites and have a need to contact the owners with a question.(The WWW doesn't aleays have an email address avail, instead it says click here to send message) WWW site says to send an email to them. Blue envelop appears, cant open/use to send emailThis is a copy of the blue ‘mail’ page which I have no access to.Sometimes a WWW site says to send an email to them.Blue envelope appears to email the question,I cant open/use it to send emailSometimes I can RH click on it to be able to then copy and paste the email address into Outlook to send
