Blue box around Windows system apps and apps downloaded from the Store

Hello, my Windows 10 Pro laptop has a blue box around Windows system apps and apps downloaded from the Store. It's really annoying. The blue box appears on the desktop and search bar, but not on the taskbar. I even reinstalled Windows, but the blue box still persists.
