Blocked every way for changing email associated with laptop login and windows 11

I need to change the microsoft email associated with my laptop and windows 11. I have a 365 business account, and it is that account I need it changed to. I have followed the instructions already posted in the help forum and the options aren't showing on some steps in the process (like changing email) OR my business 365 email is not recognized as valid when I try to enter it (often I have to login online to use one drive because it won't recognize the email on my computer, just online).
