BLENDER software doesnt work when Color Management in Windows 11 when OFF & my Adobe Suite doesnt work when its ON

Has anybody faced this? BLENDER software (from the Windows app & also from the direct site) doesn't work when Color Management in Windows 11 when OFF & my Adobe Suite doesn't work when it's ON. All my softwares are the latest version as of now. I have an HP Omen laptop with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14650HX 2.20 GHz | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU 8GB | 24GB RAM | 2TB SSD. Switching Color management On & Off while working & multi-tasking is not possible all the time. Is there any setting that I am missing? Please let me know. Thank you.
