Blank Screen After Windows 10 update

Hello, I'm facing a problem with my laptop (dell xps 13), where there is a blank screen after singing in, this happened immediately after I updated the system. I went into Microsoft support page ( Troubleshoot black screen or blank screen errors) and followed the recommended actions, tried action 1+2 and didn't work, then I tried action 3 but I couldn't sing in safe mood no matter who much I tried, went online to find another way to safe mood, and gave the restart+ shift ago but again couldn't go to safe mood.
