Blank screen after paying

[Windows 11]

Hello,My subscription has expired and I have tried TWICE to make a payment online but after i enter the card details and click on BUY NOW, the screen goes blank and im looking at nothing happening, I am not going to try a third time. How do I resolve this please as this is nuts and I am considering going back to Apple as much simpler. Thanks
