Blank Login page after deleting Ngc folder

Hi Folks!I have a problem that others had, too, but wasn't ever resolved.I had to reset and install my Windows 11 and everything seemed fine, could even log in with my previously set PIN. However, the "set up pin" notification kept bothering me and I wasn't able to set a PIN since I already had one. Long story short, I read that the Ngc folder had to be reset so I deleted it.Now, when I'm on the login screen, I press a button and the screen just goes blurry, but that's it. No pin or password prompt or anything comes up, so I'm basically locked out of my system without any chance to login.Windo
