Blackscreen crash when booting up games of any kind how do i fix this?

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff8061eb1d340, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\091824-5765-01.dmp.I didn't have this problem till yesterday GPU NIVIDA GeoForce RTX 4070/ CPU AMD Ryzen 9 5900X I've already done these things within command prompt Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth sfc /scannow
