I'm not exactly sure where to begin, But i've had a decent amount of computer issues lately. I build this PC in 2012 it lasted till about 2014 and i had to replace the Seagate 1TB hard drive cause it has bad sectors I Assumed that's why my PC was Black Screening, But now with a brand new Seagate 2TB and new graphics card i'm getting Random Black screens, It can happen while i'm playing a Graphically intensive game on Max graphics Or while it's on Low graphics. It can happen when i'm away from my PC(little to nothing running) or when i'm watching a Youtube video(On any browser) And just now For the first time since my new hard drive i got a Blue screen out of it. So i'm hoping this will help tell me something, Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Here's my specs:
OS: Windows 7 x64bit
Motherboard: ECS A880LM-M(bought in 2012)
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 960T 3.0Ghz(bought in 2012)
HardDrive: 2TB Seagate Hybrid(roughly half a year old)
RAM: 2 Sticks of 4G, 8G Total(bought in 2012)
Graphics Card: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti, 2G Memory(afew months old)
500W Modular PSU(2009ish?)

Using BlueScreenView this is the log:

Tests & Speculations:
I'll try to go into this as far as i can think atm, But i've tried alot of stuff.

When my PC Black screens my monitor turns off(Like i unpluged it from the PC, But it still has power) and my keyboard and mouse lights turn off, And if there was any audio playing it stops But my PC still has power to it, the fans still run and the lights are still on. No odd noises Or any power issues in the house(That i can tell). It also does it Completely random It can happen 15 times in 30mins-1hour or it can happen once every 2weeks-1month, This most recent time happened while i was installing new graphics drivers(Even wiped the current and new ones and installed older drivers, Still got the black screens and finally a blue screen while installing the drivers)

I First thought it was black screening cause of me over powering my Onboard graphics card while playing games, So i bought a new graphics card and installed it. But then it started happening more often for awhile Untill i updated windows and installed the new graphics drivers then it slowed down for awhile
i Kept going in circles thinking it was the graphics card, but even after unplugging it, it still happened. I also tried unplugging ALL fans,CD rom drives,Extra Hard drives, And removed 1 stick of ram at a time. No matter what it still happens. I also checked this new HardDrive for bad sectors and nothing comes up, i've cleaned the registery, Defragmented scanned for viruses(with 4 programs).
And i constantly keep an eye on the temperatures And nothing out of the ordinary, compared to my old graphics card that idled at 160F and went up to 200-210F this one idles at around 80-90F and rarely hits 100F(My old graphics card was a flawed make from Nvidia)

So i figure it's either my PSU,CPU, or Motherboard. i've been highly suspecting my PSU but i'm really not sure.
