Black screen without cursor after a few days reset my laptop.

**Dell Vostro 3446, Windows 10 Pro 22h2 19045.5608**Hi,I’m having a issue with my laptop. When I power it on, after the Windows logo and spinning circle, after that I see a black screen with spinning cursor for a few milliseconds, after that the screen turn off and on again with the black screen without cursorThe system does not boot into Windows unless I force shutdown (holding the power button) multiple times (4 times) and retry. After several attempts, it eventually boots into Windows normally. However, this stills happening when I restart my laptop (Sometimes)I Have done:Booted into Safe M
