Black screen with cursor

Hi!

I have a problem with win10, i can't use it.

The following happens:

I turn the computer on, I can see the windows logo and the "scanning and repairing drive D: 100%" text.

Then after a little bit of loading, it changes to black screen with cursor.


I have red different troubleshooting tips, but nothing helps.

-can't "log in" under the black screen

-ctrl+alt+del / ctrl+shift+esc doesn't work

-therefore can't update drivers

-same with and without battery

-same in safe mode


All this happened after an update.

What can i do?
