Hi, I've had this computer for about a year now and it has been working perfectly fine until the latest auto update. When I booted up my computer this morning it booted as usual, but then I was greeted to a black screen with a cursor. I looked up what to do and a lot of the tutorials tell you to try shortcuts like Ctrl + Alt + Del to open task manager but no matter what I tried, nothing would open.
