Black Screen While Playing Certain Games

So I built a new PC around 6 months ago and I've noticed a weird problem affecting some of my games. Specifically Red Dead Redemption 2, Assassin's Creed Odyessy, and possibly Shadow of the Tomb Raider (I can't recall for certain). I'll be playing the game fine for a certain period, usually no less than an hour, when suddenly my monitors say that no display is detected, but the computer is still on.
