Black screen when booting from flash drive

[Windows 10]

I was using the PC, and while using it, the monitor stopped detecting input. Troubleshooted that until to the “restart” step. Monitor worked again, but the PC took about 25 minutes to get to desktop. I started following troubleshooting for that, and went to sleep while waiting for it to boot in safe mode. Woke up, and PC was unable to boot safe mode. Reset bios, same thing. PC unable to uninstall recent update. Command prompts were unable to fix startup problems.So now I’m at the reset from drive step, and it loads a black screen.
