Black screen that pops up after qn incomplete windows 11 reinstallation

I was resetting my laptop and reinstalling the windows (cloud) version and chose a clean installation where all my files will be deleted, i went to bed and forgot about it then woke up to my usual login menu and when i do it shows me black screen, also its shows me an error called location is not available or not Found something like that it appears that system 32 is not there? And that what made me say the reinstallation was not complete. Anyone could help?
