Black Screen Random Pauses in Win 11. Why?

My home PC randomly pauses while operating, resulting in a black screen. The operating system is Windows 11 Pro, since July 2024. I have a new motherboard, CPU, NVME drive, fans, ample power supply, and recently a new video card. The new hardware was done to upgrade to Windows 11. After the upgrade, the pauses began with the black screen, followed by various windows reappearing, while the desktop remains black. Reboot was required.
