For some time now on my computer when I turn on some videos on youtube, tiktok, twiter, etc. I have a black screen (on all browsers) and the video can only be seen when I move the screen from top to bottom or when I hover the cursor over timeline (I think you know what I mean) and I don't know what to do about it.
