Black screen and no taskbar after Windows 11 update

I have an issue with windows updates. Each one causes that my explorer is broken (black desktop and no taskbar). I tried:restarting computer, restarting explorer.exerunning: sfc /scannowrunning: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthBut nothing helps. The only way I can get it working is to uninstall latest quality update.
