Black screen after upgrading RAM.

I decided to upgrade my ram but I got a big problem now. I got a pre built pc (Asus ROG strix g10ce) and I was advised by my friend to change the ram bc it was only 16gb. So I did change it to 2x16gb ddr4 3200mhz. Everything was fine for couple of hours then it started crashing. Both monitors go black screen, sound plays for a second and then glitches and I have to turn it off manually. Any ideas? Is it bc of the pre built? I'm like 90% sure the ram is capable so could it just be faulty or smth?
