Black screen after updating display drivers

Hello. I am on an HP Elitebook 1040 G4 running Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7600 CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2904 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) with the BIOS HP P96 Ver. 01.47, 20-06-2023 Bios Mode UEFI on Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22621 Build 22621. Whenever I install the Intel(R) HD Graphics 620, my display just goes black even though the machine is still off. When I go to safe mode and install from there, it completes but my machine does not get to the Home page of the boot. It gets stuck on the HP loading and loads infinitely.
