Black Screen after Update but drivers are 100% up-to date

I have had this issue now twice with the same update: 2024-11 Kumulatives Update für .NET Framework 3.5 und 4.8.1 für Windows 11, version 23H2 für x64 (KB5045935). The second time I hade the anti-virus deinstalled. Same issue. I deinstalled the update twice and paused the update, but what now? All drivers are up to date (made sure by Lenovo support), I wrote this into a Q&A of Microsoft, but no answer yet. How can I make sure, this update is never installed again until the problem is solved by Microsoft? It's ruining my computer![moved from de-de]
