Black screen after logging on to windows

[Microsoft Windows]

running windows 10 on a desktop. When logging on to one spesific administrator I am getting a black screen showing absolutely nothing. WHen hitting ctrl-alt-del I get the normal menu up, but when trying to enter the task-manager, the screen goes black again. Other users work fine. Any ideas?
