Black screen after bios in load up, after I updated graphics driver

Pretty much exactly what the title says. I updated my graphics driver and after that my computer has gone to bios after I load up, then straight to a black screen that includes my cursor, that I can infact move. I have gone to the windows like- help menu thing for the start up and have decided to fully reset my PC but still nothing is happening. After the initial load up (where it went to bios) it now just goes straight to the black screen with mouse activity but my computer does keep shutting off. What is it recommended I do for this?
