Black menu and Favorates bar in IE8

I'm experiencing the black bar every other day. I have used the Norton 360

and AdAware programs, without success.

Vista SP1; Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7; Win7 64-bit) as well as your IE version

Is your Norton 360 subscription current?



Has another Norton application (or N360 version) or a McAfee application

ever been installed on the computer (e.g., a free-trial version that came

preinstalled when you bought it)?
