When I turn on my new used computer I just got from Walmart today, I have a blacked-out screen. I purchased the remote set up and it went through all of the steps everything seemed fine and I turned off the computer, turnmed it on a few hours later, and the screen was black but I was able to access the control panel and this microsoft online
