Black and white screen flickering, not sure what to do.

I tried turning on my laptop (ASUS Strix G16) I’m not sure if it’s a Microsoft problem or a problem with ASUS but when I try to turn it on there’s a flashing black and white screen, it is in safe boot mode and I tried using an HDMI cable to connect it to another monitor and it didn’t work. Just gave the no connection sign. Not sure what to do here as I can’t see my screen. Usually there’s also a sound before seeing the Microsoft login point to enter my password but that also isn’t coming up, as well as I normally have to hold my power button to shut the laptop down now it’s just 1 tap.
