Bitlocker????

So my son made an account on my Surface pro, now, bitlocker doesn't allow me to access it atall, I don't know the key, a key hasn't been sent to anything, I don't have authenticator & the option to reset the device doesn't work it keeps sending me back to bitlocker recovery, I need help with this ASAP as the automated answering system microsoft has just keep putting the phone down. This is becoming a real stress as I need this Surface for work.
