Bitlocker Recovery

Hi Microsoft Support.I have a laptop of Lenovo brand which I purchased from reseller.Unfortunately I'm not sure what's my Bitlocker details, and I got locked out of my own laptop, is there a way to recover for the key?And also is there a way for me to reach out to you guys via live chat / live call support? It seems like it's pretty non-existent here and I'm confused how to resolve it.
