bitlocker recovery key

hi i have a lenovo yoga 7 2in1 16ahp9. i recently updated windows and Bitlocker was activated.error category and code : TPM (E_FVE_TPM_NOT_DECTECTED) TPM STATUS : 0xc0000001i cant access due to bitlocker key but i never set a bitlocker recover key . i tried startup repair and i just get start up couldn't repair .i tried system restore and i dont have restore point i tried uninstall update and i ran into a problem unistall latest feature update i tried reset this pc with both options of keep my files and remove everything but i ran into a problem and cant reset i tried changing windows startup
