Bitlocker Recovery Key Not Recognized by Laptop

Hi,My laptop has been hacked. My computer was working just fine, the very next morning I see the blue screen requesting my bitlocker recovery key. I finally located my bitlocker recovery key, but my laptop doesn't recognize it. No matter what I try, nothing works. I've attempted trying to reboot my laptop from "dos", again nothing. I'm locked out of my computer. I can see someone still attempting to sign in from various countries through my activity report. I've watched so many videos on YouTube, still no success.
