Bitlocker Recovery key is showing incorrect

Hi,I did logged in by using same microsoft account at the time of laptop setup but still my laptop is asking for bitlocker recovery key.The gmail login Bitlocker recovery key showing in the account is not working, not sure why my account is showing incorrect bitlocker key when i amUsing same gmail account the i have used to setup my microsoft.Please arrange call asap as I can’t loose my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** Singh
