Bitlocker recovery key ID has changed, I only have old recovery keys

I've just disabled secure boot in my work HP notebook. booted linux, and reenabled secured boot again. When it asked for recovery key, I was not worried as I had access to them in My Account. But it didn't work. I've realized that the device recovery key ID does not match the cloud one anymore. could simply changing this bios setting do this? how can I have a new recovery key?
